If you are unhappy with any of your items, you are entitled to return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the distance selling regulations as long as the item(s) returned to us are in the same condition as when they left our premises.

If you are planning on returning your order, either partially or in its entirety, please contact us and wait for a response before posting your item(s).

All returns should contain a note of your name, order number and a brief summary of the reason behind your return. If you are sending the item via the Royal Mail within the UK, we advise that you ask for a ‘proof of postage receipt’, which you should keep in a safe place. You will be not be charged for this service unless you choose to have your item(s) signed for on delivery.

You are responsible for the cost of your return, unless the items arrived to you damaged or less than fully functional in which case, we will refund your postage up to the value of your original shipping.
